Instructions for Event Submissions
EQW 2026 Main Theme:
Open to Quality. Internationalisation of Academic Education in Practice.
EQW Dates
March 16-20, 2026
Dear All,
we sincerely appreciate your enthusiastic participation in the 13th edition of the Education Quality Week at the Jagiellonian University. We warmly encourage you to submit events proposals that:
- Align with this year&s main theme,
- Address other important issues related to improving the quality of education,
- Can be conducted fully by you in one of the following format: on-site, remotely, or hybrid.
Proposals submission deadline: January 29, 2026
Organisational Support
The JU&s Centre for Academic Support provides:
- Promotion of submitted events,
- Participant registration and issuance of participation certificates,
- Creating meetings or teams on the MS Teams platform for remote events.
From your side, please indicate:
- The title and description of the event,
- The format and date,
- Additional organisational information (e.g., venue for on-site events)
If you are submitting more than one event, please fill out a separate form for each.

To complete it, you must answer the following questions in six steps. Below is a complete list of all fields.
Not all of the following questions will appear when filling out the form, as some only appear after selecting a specific option in the previous fields.

The registration in the Education Quality Week system provides the attendees with participation certificates. We do not organise registration for local events, e.g. internal debates for Faculty members only. For events that are exclusively aimed at the community of a specific unit (e.g. faculty-level debate) the EQW Organiser does not conduct registration.

Do you want the Event to be open to the public?
A direct link to open online or on-site events will be published on the EQW website. Unregistered attendees and anyone interested from outside JU may participate in Events that are open to the public, however, no participation certificates is to be obtained in such a case.

Who is the Event Supervisor?
The Event Supervisor is responsible for the technical and organisational aspects of the event, e.g. managing the platform of the online events, as well as electronics or hardware of on-site events.

You can continue completing it or delete it. -
Submission under Review:
It has been fully completed and successfully submitted,and is now awaiting approval by the EQW Organisers. At this stage, it cannot be edited. -
Submission to correct:
The EQW Organisers have reviewed your application and are requesting that you add additional information or agree to the proposed changes. Open the application to edit it. -
Submission Accepted:
Congratulations, your application has been accepted by the Organisers for the EQW 2026 program.
